How to Place An Order
Once your have added all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping basket, you are ready to complete your order. Simply follow these easy steps to ensure success.
STEP 1: Shopping Basket
The shopping basket contains all the items you selected while you were shopping. You can choose to continue shopping, delete items or update quantities.
STEP 2: Shipping and Billing
Complete your shipping and billing information .
All purchases are shipped via Canada Post, ground service.
In Canada orders over $100 are shipped for Free and in US orders over $200 are shipped for Free.
In Canada orders under $100 are shipped for a flat fee of $10, in US orders under $200 are shipped for a flat fee of $20.

STEP 3: Reviewing Your Order
This is the last chance to review your order to ensure accuracy. If any information is incorrect, please use your browser's back button and make any corrections. Pricing for the products are in Canadian dollars. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express as well as Ten's Gift Cards.
With respect to purchases made using Ten Gift Cards, please insert the Gift Card number in the space provided. We will verify the remaining balance on the Gift Card and apply it to your purchase(s). If the total value of your purchase(s) is more than the Gift Card amount, we will contact you for further payment.
STEP 4: Order Confirmation
A final summary and confirmation of your order will be displayed along with your order number. Please refer to this number when referencing this purchase. By clicking on "Place Order" you are authorizing a charge to the credit card you provide. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
