ten spa Rest assured that all health and safety measures will be taken to guarantee a safe and relaxing experience.
Management and staff have worked diligently to update our already rigorous sanitation and hygiene standards. In accordance with provincially mandated guidelines new policies and procedures are in effect to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff.
Ten Spa guests are required to wear a mask upon entering the hotel, and in all spa common areas. We thank you in advance for your cooperation as we work together to slow the spread of COVID-19.
change rooms All lockers will be assigned and sanitized after each use. An attendant will be available to provide any amenities required upon request.
lounging Social distancing guidelines are in effect in the common areas. Free Wi-Fi is available for reading and browsing on your device. Please keep your phone on silent mode.
my treatment Please specify at time of booking if you prefer a male or female therapist. We will endeavor to fulfill your request. Our electronic pre-treatment release form is available on our website and can be submitted 24 hours prior to your visit. during my treatment For your privacy, professional draping is performed during all services. All treatments can be enjoyed without clothing; however, undergarments can be worn if preferred. Following COVID-19 protocols, all therapists will be wearing PPE. Masks are available upon request. Full sanitization of all treatment spaces between each service is guaranteed.
guest timeline We ask that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We will be regulating the number of guests in our change room areas. Arriving late interferes with our pacing of guests and appointments, and may also result in a less effective treatment so please endeavour to arrive on time.
health problems and comfort level Our electronic pre-treatment release form is available on our website. All health forms will be reviewed by service providers prior to each service. All Ten Spa staff will submit to provincially mandated self-screening before arriving at work
payment and tipping Ten Spa has transitioned to cashless transactions. For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to your services.
cancellation policy In light of COVID-19 and in the interest of our guests, while we are still requesting the courtesy of 24 hours notice, if in the event of an emergency or sickness a service appointment is cancelled the 50% cancellation fee may be waived.
valuables Please remove all jewelry prior to your treatment, or better leave valuable or non-essential items at home.
