ten spa Rest assured that all health and safety measures will be taken to guarantee a controlled and relaxing experience.
Management and staff have worked diligently to update its already rigorous sanitation and hygiene standards. In accordance to provincially mandated guidelines new policies and procedures will be in effect to ensure health and safety of guests and staff.
Ten Spa guests will be required to wear a mask upon entering the hotel, and in all spa common areas. We thank you in advance for your cooperation as we work together to slow the spread of COVID-19.
change rooms All lockers will be assigned and sanitized after each use. An attendant will be available to provide any amenities required upon request.
lounging Social distancing guidelines will be in effect in the common areas. Free Wi-Fi will be available for reading and browsing on your device. Please have your phone on silent mode.
my treatment Please specify at time of booking if you have a preference for a male or female therapist. We will endeavor to fulfill your request. Our electronical pre-treatment release form is available on our website and can be submitted 24 hours prior to your visit. during my treatment For your privacy, professional draping is performed during all services. All treatments can be enjoyed without clothing; however, undergarments can be worn if preferred. Following COVID-19 protocols, all therapists will be wearing PPE. Masks are available upon request and guests may be asked to wear them for selected services. Full sanitization of all treatment spaces between each service will be carried out.
guest timeline We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Our showers and steam rooms are available. We will be regulating the number of guests in our change room areas. Arriving late may interfere with the pacing of guests and your appointment time, and could result in a less effective treatment.
health problems and comfort level Our electronical pre-treatment release form is available on our website. All health forms will be reviewed by the service providers prior to each service. All Ten Spa staff will be using the provincially mandated self-screening tool before being allowed to come to work.
payment and tipping Ten Spa has transitioned to cashless transactions. For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to your services.
cancellation policy We are responding to COVID-19 with more flexibility for our guests. Although we are still requesting the courtesy of 24 hours notice if a service appointment needs to be cancelled; in the event of an emergency or sickness the 50% cancellation fee can be waived.
valuables Please remove all jewelry prior to your treatment. Even better, we suggest leaving any jewelry or non-essential items at home.
