Visiting Ten Spa

We are a Quality Assurance Certified spa, so you can rest assured that all health and safety measures are followed.

All Glo Skin Bar guests please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

For Ten Spa appointments please arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for time to check in, change, steam, shower, and enjoy some complimentary refreshments in our lounge prior to your treatment.

Embrace every minute of your me-time – don't be late! We'd hate to shorten your or anyone else's experience.

We are requesting the courtesy of 24 hours notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled. 

Online Bookings

We reserve rights to adjust your appointments by 15 minutes if it is not booked on the hour or half hour. Book here

Groups

For groups seeking a more private experience, our luxurious Private Wellness Suites are available for rental. These suites provide an exclusive and tranquil atmosphere that is perfect for those seeking solitude and privacy.

In our shared lounge areas, we kindly ask that all guests be respectful of one another by keeping noise levels to a minimum. This allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful and serene environment, allowing for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

To allow all of our guests the opportunity to enjoy our lounge areas, we request that guests limit their lounging time to one hour before and after services. This ensures that everyone has an opportunity to experience the lounge, and that no one feels rushed or crowded.

We appreciate your cooperation in observing our spa etiquette guidelines, and we hope that your time with us will be nothing short of blissful.

Change rooms

Our luxurious male and female change rooms feature state-of-the-art steam rooms from a leading German manufacturer complete with aroma and light therapy. The experiential showers provide a refreshing cold shower or cool mist. Lounging

Please enjoy our main lounge with complimentary refreshments, tea and water or our quiet lounge for up to one hour before and after your service. Spa Lunch is available for order at check in or in the lounge after your service. Free Wi-Fi is available for reading and browsing on your device but we ask that you put your phone on silent and be respectful of other guests when taking videos and pictures.

My treatment

Please specify at the time of booking if you prefer a male or female therapist. We will endeavor to fulfill your request. Medical History Forms are required to be completed at check-in or can be filled via the link in your confirmation emails. These will be reviewed with your services provider in the treatment room.

During my treatment

Professional draping is performed on all services. Treatments can be enjoyed in the nude or we supply single use undergarments. In order to give you the best service possible please let us know of any personal preferences before or at the time of your treatment.

For your comfort and that of our therapists masks can be worn during treatments. Full sanitization of all treatment spaces between each service is guaranteed.

Payment and tipping

Ten Spa has transitioned to cashless transactions. For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to your services. Any additional amount for work well done is left to your discretion.

Health problems and comfort level

All health forms will be reviewed by service providers prior to each service. All Ten Spa staff will submit to provincially mandated self-screening before arriving at work.

Please notify a spa receptionist before booking if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, or any physical ailments or challenges. You may want to avoid treatments using hot stone, body cocoons, hamam, or any foot massage if you are pregnant.

Cancellation policy

To cancel any spa appointment we require at least 24 hours notice and, for groups of six or more, we require 72 hours notice. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. 

Please note that once an appointment is booked – unless we hear otherwise we will expect you to be there. “Skipped” appointments will be charged in full to the credit card number on file. A confirmation email will be sent at the time of booking and an appointment reminder will also be sent – 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

Valuables

To receive the full benefit from our services, jewelry must be removed prior to entering the treatment room. Please do not leave valuable items unattended. Ten Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Feel free to make use of the jewelry compartments located inside each locker.
