Ten Spa’s luxurious men's and women's change rooms feature state-of-the-art steam rooms from a leading German manufacturer, complete with aroma and light therapy. Experiential showers provide cold fog and tropical mist sprays. French L'Occitane body care products, hair dryers and the appropriate sundries are available for your use.

Ten Spa is proud to be a part of the prestigious Fort Garry Hotel, a Winnipeg Hotel where many famous people have stayed over the years including Nelson Eddy, Harry Belafonte, Charles Laughton, Lawrence Olivier, Liberace, Arthur Fiedler, Louis Armstrong, Gordie Howe and Lester Pearson.
Perhaps the most famous guests were King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, who stayed at the Fort Garry Hotel during their 1939 visit to Canada. These high-profile guests were testimony to the Hotel's high quality of service and enhanced its esteem in the eyes of the public.

Ten Spa Facials - 10 Spa facials are customized and designed to thoroughly cleanse, repair and improve skin texture. Our expert aestheticians use only the finest skin care products and equipment. We recommend that the first facial you experience with us be the Ten Spa Custom Facial, which will be tailored to your skin condition. We also offer additional non-invasive but very effective photo-microdermabrasion facial treatments and complexion management facial treatments. Add-ons to your facial treatments can include brow tinting, eyelash tinting, hot paraffin pack for hands, facial waxing, skin irregularities fix and toning sound wave therapy.
Ten Spa Massage Treatments - Our therapists use a variety of massage techniques, stretches, hot packs, essential oils and body spray moisturizers to reduce stress and tension. Choose from our head, neck, shoulders and back massage, leg and buttocks massage or full body massage.
Ten Spa Body Massage Therapies - 10 Spa's hot and cold stone therapy will stimulate your circulatory system, assist your body in self-healing, align and balance your chief energy centres and release stress. Ten Spa Scrubs and Rubs - 10 Spa's traditional salt scrub and
rub down provides a gentle aromatic scrub with a unique application of pure
mineral salts and essential oils, finished with herbal moisturizing body mist
and relaxation massage. We also offer a microderm body scrub and rub down state-of-the-art
manual scrub with the effect of a true full-body microdermabrasion, and an ultimate body
toning treatment which is the perfect solution for cellulite.
Ten Spa Body Cocoons – 10 Spa's body cocoon treatments are administered on a soft pack envelopment bed which adds a unique dimension to the traditional body wrap. Your body will be gently cradled as you experience the weightless sensation of dry floating. Your head is treated to a scalp and face massage. Choose from our herbal mud body cocoon, Cleopatra milk and oil cocoon or our detoxifying algae cocoon.
Ten Spa Hand and Foot Care - Choose from our hot cream hand and arm treatment, our signature pedicure and leg treatment or foot reflexology massage.
The Hamam - The Hamam at 10 Spa is a modern reinterpretation of this ancient hot air bathing ritual. The facility is co-ed and can be enjoyed either as a party room (private bookings require a minimum of 6 people) or booked individually. The Hamam is maintained at temperatures between 45 and 50 degrees with mild ambient steam. The walls, floor and seating areas are heated, and moisture is generated from the extensive use of water during treatments. Ten Spa offers a selection of hamam treatments that will leave your skin scrubbed clean and rejuvenated. As in ancient times, regular visits to the hamam will not only cleanse your skin but will detoxify your body, strengthen your immune system and deliver a healthy feeling of well-being.
Salon Express - 10 Spa's two-chair salon can service your most immediate needs with make-up treatments, eyebrow shaping, basic manicure filing and shaping.
Ten Spa Parties - Have fun with friends while you are being pampered. Our highly trained staff will ensure that your bachelorette party, bridal shower, birthday party, or any other special event is a memorable experience. Depending on the size and length of your party, we will work with you to customize your exclusive treatment package accompanied by breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea; hors do oeuvre reception, dinner and/or sleepover. Ten Spa can accommodate groups of all sizes (up to 24) from a couple's package in our private double room to a girls' day or night out; we also do the same for men.
