Our front desk team is here to welcome you, confirm your service, and ease you into the pace of the next few hours. There's nothing to rush.

THE CHANGE ROOM
Your private locker is waiting. So are your robes — thick, plush terry velour that settles around you the moment you put them on. The change rooms are generous and calm: private showers, personal space, no reason to hurry.
Slip into your robe. Leave the rest at the door.

THE THERMAL SUITE
This is where the body starts to let go.
Enter the glass doors of our Thermal Suite and move through warm and cool at your own rhythm. Sink into the steam room, where thick, mineral-scented steam opens the lungs and loosens what the week built up. Step beneath the experiential rain shower — a cascade of warmth that shifts temperature with the turn of a dial, from enveloping heat to a cool, clarifying rush that wakes every nerve ending.
L'Occitane products are yours to use. The showers are private. The pacing is entirely up to you.

THE LOUNGE
When you're ready, make your way to the Ten Spa Lounge. Sink into a Roche Bobois sofa — deep, designer, built for lingering — or curl up on one of our oversized white leather sofas, spacious enough for two.
Help yourself to something from our famous snack bar. We make everything in-house, and people come back for it.
The Ten Spa Snack Bar features:
House-made hummus and warm pita
Seasonal dried fruits
The Ten Spa Cookie (legendary, for good reason)
The Ten Spa Muffin
Filtered water and fresh-pressed green juice smoothies (mornings)
Bone broth (coming soon — afternoons)
And always, African Red Rooibos Tea — earthy, rich, naturally sweet, and completely caffeine-free. Brewed from the fermented leaves of a shrub native to South Africa's Cederberg mountains, it carries a warmth that has nothing to do with temperature. It's the kind of tea that asks you to slow down. We serve it for a reason.
