We've designed every detail of your arrival — the thermal suite, the lounge, the snack bar, the quiet lounge — to prepare your body and mind for a genuine reset. Plan to arrive one hour before your service.

Step out of the elevator and your immediately greeted with the scent of eucalyptus. The bustle of the city fading into the distance.

At the front desk you will be welcomed and checked-in, and provided with Ten Spa slippers to ease you into the pace of the next few hours. No reason to rush.

Your private locker awaits you with a thick, plush terry towel robe to impart warmth, comfort and a sense of well-being . The change rooms are equipped with private showers, skincare essentials and amenities by L’Occitane . You’re on spa time now.

THE THERMAL SUITE

This is where the body starts to let go.

Enter the glass door of our Thermal Suite and move through our state-of-the-art brine steam room infused with citrus essential oils, and light therapy is a perfect complement to our eucalyptus experiential rain and cool mist showers.

THE LOUNGE

When you're ready, make your way to the Ten Spa Lounge featuring original art by Canadian and international artists, and sink into a Roche Bobois sofa — designed for lingering and spacious enough for two.

Our complimentary Nourishment Bar features an assortment of house-made favourites to enjoy throughout the day.
